The irresistable price of the casio watch i bought recently, makes shuhan wanted to get one too.. we went to bugis on friday for dinner and to get a nice digital watch.. Ying Ming de Shuhan suggested to had dinner @ Bugis Junction V8 Cafe... A good suggestion as i haven been there for years! Still remb dayz in Nafa, we q frequent the cafe for its affordable sets...

Our Main Course came w free soup..

I had Ice Earl Grey... while we eat, e tv there shows old HK zombie movies.. rather entertaining!

baby G, Shuhan bought at $98 only! Well well, saw my watch i bought at $100, other shop selling at $86! Sooooooo angry!!! Now i know which shop to go le......hehehee....

Ah Mei Cafe

Last wed, shuhan acc me to AMK Hub to collect my contact lens, i finally get to try the food @ Ah Mei Cafe.. its always crowded so i suppose its nice.....

We shared Bryani and Prata.. And yes, its delicious! The chicken is tasty and tender... but rice a little cold... if its hot, it will be perfect!

Prata is good too w the fish curry.. prata abit thick though.. not crispy and fluffy enough...

Ice milk tea was good too! Not v sweet...but thick enough!
But i still prefer the one at Meridian Food Court!
Overall rating for Ah Mei Cafe: 7.5/10

Food taste great but seems like not enough effort doing it..hehe..mayb too crowded??

Had a great time there n we decide to have a 2nd round at Alley's Bar.. We had fruit juice instead.. haha.. otherwise reali dun need to go home alr.. n had some snacks as e dinner portion is reali pathetic.. not full at all..

We won the best dress award! So happy! Gift is some vouchers and towel... Lame....

Our door gift... More Lame............ Ugly pouch and a bag...Its not matinique brand hor dun be mistaken by the carrier...Wonder how to put them in good use???!!!

Swimming @ Compass Heights

Went swimming w fang @ Compass Heights this morning. How we wish we can really make it a weekly thingy so that we can exercise and hopefully can 减肥! Due to 种种的种种.. like "girls days" la.. other "cannot push away" appointments la... guess the most we can do it is only twice a week! Sighzzzz.....

Like the surrounding here... its so convenient located juz above compass point and MRT yet its still calm and quiet.. Relax!

"Happy Saturday"

My working saturday today... shuhan & mei exchanged their sat, only me & dolly working. Finally see dolly on saturday! 真难得！Basically we didnt reali do much work, went shopping during lunch time to search for her wedding shoes.. Heehee.. She has been so busy lookin for her ROM dress and stuffs these days!

Look at her happy face, finally found one suitable one........@ on pedder.............

She wanted something flat and glam to go w her dress.. as she bought a simple off shoulder short dress fr Tribeca @ Forum, $800 for tat Milly brand dress! Real expensive but is all she wanted, simple and stylish, totally different from usual ppl wore to ROM.. Finally found this pair Miu Miu @ on pedder, its $800 again!!!!!! Woo... but its reali pretty.. hoooo... Gui dao!!!!

After all the shopping, we went to LeMeridian food court for lunch.. We had the thai food we patronize.. Always wanted to share it w u guys, a good place for good and inexpensive food in orchard. Other nice food are the Korean and Fish soup (all the way to the corner).

We ordered a set for 2 which includes our fav Prawn Omelette.. Yummy!

And of cos the BEST Ice Milk Tea in town fr the drink stall... Super nice, 70% similar to wat i drank in bangkok. Verdict 9/10!

We reali walk the whole stretch of Orchard Road today.. Continue our way to forum to collect her dress.. And happen to see a little gal age abt 4, wearing this toy watch i wanted to get!!!!! Wah! Cant believe my eyes this 4yrs old gal is wearing it!!!!!! Her strap is solid black! NICE!!! She wore a Dior boots...with a blouse & jeans.. bet they are some super branded clothing.. How these ppl so damn rich???!!! Still cant get over a 4yr old girl wears a close to $700 watch! *faint....
