How can we miss Ah Zhong Mien Xian.. V shoik, stand outside the store eat this bowl of hot mee sua in such cooling weather! Should be abt 15 degrees for our first nite.. We of cos tried KFC egg tart and "Prata w cheese and spring onion" along ximending. i vote it e best food i eat thru out the trip!

Crossing over to Partyworld KTV for a surprise bday celebration for VON!

Wah say! Whole building is KTV man!

Dont be mistaken, tis is not hotel lobby, its PartyWorld Lobby!

Our package come w 3choices of food and a pot of drinks... we chose dim sum to some deep fried stuffs, food was good! And its difinately cheaper than Kbox man! 4hours plus food plus drinks, we only pay abt S$18!

Different from Kbox, tis is the"Song Machine", bad point is have to sit infront of it and browse kinda troublesome..


We ordered a Bday Cake fr the counter, their service reali good, Cake is delivered fr a 24hours cake shop. Wow, even cake shop also 24hours! Oh ya, did i mention the KTV is open 24hours??

DAY 2>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Well well, we overslept! Morning me and fang went to nearby hotel bank to change some old notes as its no more acceptable there. The rest of the ppl settled our credit card issue over at hotel & von went for a short site inspection w Cynthia (her colleague over @ taipei Sheraton)... by the time its alr afternoon when we leave hotel. Thus did some changes to our planned itinerary...

Tried tis Almond and Peanut Drink to be dip w You Tiao... Hmm.. Their You Tiao not nice at all!!!

We proceed to Sogo @ ZhongXiao FuXing to get my Garcia Bag and RMK for myself, cyn & ros.. Bought tis blusher for myself and ros.. Ying also got herself one...

Taipei 101 during the nite.... Didnt manage to take good photos here as the weather is too cold!

Super cold today! 12 Degrees! Had some donuts and hot tea @ Mister Donut. Yummy!!



We ta bao back all the foodie fr Shilin Night Market for our Dinner cum Supper.. We had Oyster Egg, Salt Water Chicken, Lu Rou Rice, Deep Fried Chicken Cutlet, Coffin Bread, Herbal Pork Ribs, Fried Bee Hoon and Eel Soup.

Found my Domokun at Shilin!! Decided to bring him back w me!


DAY 3>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Had breakfast @ nearby hotel breakfast stall..


We order 3 sets to share...

Took train to Jiufen

Mux eat Yam & Sweet Potato Balls w Red bean or Ginger soup... Super nice!

Bought Tai Yang Bing and some other snacks, rest @ tis v nice cafe for a cuppa!


We took a cab back from Jiufen to hotel, lucky the cab driver willing to take 5 of us in one cab. As we bought too much stuffs to take a bus back! Mit Cynthia @ sheraton, she brought us to tis restaurant which serve a wide variety of food like "Zhu Chao" in SIN, each dish cost only abt S$5! So cheap! We ordered a table of dishes and had the famous Taiwan Beer.. v nice, light and a little bit sweet...


All the dishes were reali GOOD! Especially the Salt & Pepper Deep Fried Prawn, Black Pepper Pig Liver, Salted Egg Bittergourd and Fried Oyster!





Cynthia brought us to a nite market which mostly locals patronize.. Reali diff from Shilin Night Market, not so commercialize..



A wide variety of stuffs to choose from for the "Ice Kachang"! Simply scoop watever u like till the bowl cant fill up anymore!

V nice "Lu Wei", choose fr the variety and they will weigh and we pay! Hao Chi dao!

The fruits there were so fresh! Cant resist and bought a few packs back to hotel to eat!

Wu Zun is everywher inside 7-11! Even drinks also can see his face!

Went back to Taipei 101 for a better view of it!

Danshui is our next stop...

Alot of students there..dunno y... tis stall selling Quil Egg...v crowded so nv try..

Went to Yangmingshan for Onsen Hot spring and after that to Tianmu, PS Bu Bu Car theme for dinner....

We ordered Set Meal, Choice of a Main Course w Soup, Salad & Dessert. Food there was great, 70 out of 100... ;)


Misson accomplisheed! Took MRT back to Ximending for last min shopping.. Was a hectic day for us as we realli stick to our itinerary cos we wouldnt want to miss anymore places. Ying the time keeper nag us for the whole day! She so happy tat we mit our timeline finally! Places we miss are Jay Chou Restaurant, Miramar Ferris Wheel, Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall... Well, i tink i need a third time to taipei to finish off all these places again! Heehee...

Some skincare n mascara fr Watsons which SIN dont have... Bought a St Clare White Head Remover Mask, Kose Facial Wash, Shiseido Makeup remover cum facial wash and Famous Majorca Mascaras...

DAY 5>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Went to CKS Memorial Hall for some photo taking

Hmm....?? Xing Guang Da Dao? The competition?? Haha... its actually a name of a newly build condo i guess... Heeheee...

Bought tis cereal n share half of it w Ying.. Quaker had alot of products there! Cereals alr 4-5 diff taste! Wooo.. so we decided to give it a try...

Haha...look at the amount of stuffs we bought! V heavy!!!

Flying off to taipei

After such long wait, all of us almost become a bunch of giraffe from the zoo, finally flying off to taipei today!! Flight 1pm Jetstar at T1, subconsciously is so excited tat i wake up too early today. Using my new pink luggage, sweet isnt it?! Hehee.. kinda heavy already man, wondering come back time how ah?? I already got in mind wat to buy from there! Have to get Gracia Bag, RMK blusher, Yi Du Zhan Instant Noodles... and to eat Mister Donut, Chicken Cutlet...Woo.. as Singapore doesnt have all tis! Be back on the 19th!

YEAH! Taipei wo meng lai le!!

Pedicure & Dinner @ Dian Xiao Er

Went for pedicure w sab yesterday @ Heartland mall.. I sign for a package of 5 sessions which is q worth it as it only cost abt $28 per session. Normal pedi is abt $35. Its cheaper then the compass pt one as it includes scrub where else, compass pt add scrub will cost $50! I find that the staff here is more experience and skillful too!

My pedicurist, Fiona.. she is good! Cant believe such young and sweet gal alr had a kid!

We head to vivo for dinner and movie. Brought sab to Dian Xiao Er, still early so the queue wasnt v long... We can see the duck roasting inside the oven while waiting at the entrance!

My fav dish, Salted York w Spinach, thicker than Crystal Jade's.

So dissapointed, we can only have Corn soup as e rest of the soups all sold out!

Famous Dang Gui Duck, but Marina Sq Outlet seems taste better!

KTV on Thursday

We opt for the buffet as its more worth the price.. The table is too small for our food!! Haha.. To my surprise the food wasnt bad! Quite tasty la... Heehee...

The curry mee was fanstatic! Haha.. but super hot!

Cyn's colleague Wen Ya can sing reali well! Dun play play ah!

Since so many "Gao Shou" ard, i beta zip n sleep instead! Haha...

Mit up w Wubing on Wed

Mit up really long time no see wubing aka storm @ AMK hub last wed! Wubing, Sab, Dawn & me were really clicks when we were in NAFA.. Wubing is still the same as b4, as funny! His jokes were reali "Jin Tian" man... Had a relaxed & good laugh dinner @ fish n co.

Tis Goreng Pisang shop @ basement is kinda famous and its opened by one of my Holy's School mate! Can tell its business is good by the baricades infront of the store..

Wubing bought some for his mum.. too bad i m jux too full to stuff anymore in..

Its almost 10pm when we had our dinner today! Cos unlucky fang drop her sim card and got roll inside the escalator @ PS.. Mayb she too anxious w her new Sony Ericsson hp bah (Welcome to the club!), all of us cant believe a always careful fang did this "mistake"! We went to Paragon M1 instead to get a replacement, lucky its foc cos 1st timer.. Had our dinner @ Lucky Plaza Penyat Chicken again as Von and Fang didnt try b4, and they have been drooling when they saw my previous posting.. Heheee..

Mayb Shuhan is too skinny to tahan the cold in office! She wore 2 jackets w my kuromi blanket and dolly's covered bedroom slippers, yet she still feels cold! Look at how mei laughin at her.. Haha!
