BBQ @ East Coast Park

6 of us mit earlier to collect food and do neccessary preparation.

When we juz collected and food and reach the pit, it rains so heavily!!! Lucky we haven set up any fire. Quickly made a "rain rain go away" thingy, dunno wat it call in japanese, hopefully we have a good weather thru out e nite...

Mei ordered all our food fr a BBQ wholeseller. So convenient nowadays... dun have to carry and marinate stuffs. All we have to do is to place order and fax. We wait at our nearest carpark at east coast to collect our tins... We simply ordered EVERYTHING fr them. Including all the charcoal, wire mesh, tons... to ice cubes, drinks, tablecloth, trash bags...etc. To my surprise, we were not e only ones waiting for the delivery at the carpark, there are q a few groups waiting too..good business!

Kenneth first to reach after the six of us.. Lao Jie our main chef starts the fire..

We have Kueh Pai Tee, Fried Beehoon, Buffalo wings, Satay, Bacon Ham, Baked Potatoes, Garlic Bread, Prawn Skewers, Sausages, Crabmeat, Sambal Sotong, Sambal Stingray, Sea Coconut w longans for dessert. The food were good! Especially the Sambal Sotong!
