Fishy Fish's Sketches: KL Trip Report

I'm back fr KL short trip w sab! We left on thursday morning.. came back ytd. Here's the report... hope it not too long.. Though its not the first time i'm there.. countless times!

***Day 1***

At the waiting area at Golden Mile Transtar office.

So happy that we got a free upgrade from premium coach to the first class one.. yahoo..first time on the first class coach!

Seats are huge!

Same as the premium coach w massager..

Wow tv is bigger! And able to choose what shows to watch and games jux lik on the plane.

Quite a no. of games to choose fr lik mario, bomberman & etc...

More rooms for legs and wider leg rest

5 hours to reach KL

Check-in at Grand Millennium previously known as The Regent.
Wanted to try Ritz Carlton but too bad the deluxe rooms were not available. So we chose Grand Millennium, heard tat its recently renovated, price is only 10 dollars diff fr Ritz. S$207 per nite. KL 5 stars hotel are around S$200 compared to SIN is relatively cheap!

Hotel Lobby is super nice.. classy!

Rooms w new LCD tv

Bed quite comfy, room area is nice but the toilet is rather disappointing!

The knobs of the toilet door & taps are old and tired! Need to be refurbished! Shower head of the standing shower is real bad.. No choice we hav to use the bath tub hand held shower, and y is the bath tub without a shower curtain??? Water splashes out and makes the floor wet...

Marriot is diagonally opp and the new shopping mall The Pavilion is jux beside us.

Hmm... other than the toilet, the rest are fine... service is good too..

Proceed to The Pavilion for lunch... We are welcome by huge branded boutiques..

Wah say the Coach boutique is double storey w glass all paste w Coach monogram!

V nice place.. price is normal, we spend around $20 plus each pax. The bread is superbly nice! We even ask them they should open in SIN! Its actually open by their some prince or datuk of malaysia...who's name is too long to be remb..

Interior of Pavilion which consists Parkson & Tangs and also shops like marc by marc jacobs to topshop, pardini concept store.
We spend our afternoon shop at Pavilion and Lot 10 area... So disappointed tat i couldnt get anythin fr my fav store FOS! Argh....

Had dinner at Dragon-i 龙的传人

Malaysia version of Crystal Jade La Mian w more variety

We didnt order any noodles, instead, we chose rice and dished. Too bad dishes were not as good as expected.. guess their La Mian is still a better choice... Tried many times their La Mian and Xiao Long Bao, they are slightly nicer ten Crystal Jade's.

Receive the Fish Spa leaflets while shopping and we decided to give it try! Since is so cheap now, RM19 for half an hour.

Nice ambiance

Attack by the fishes! Ewwwww! Its reali ticklish!!!!

Basically the first 15 mins i'm chasing away them but slowly get use to the tickles and feels kinda 电到.. quite shoik actually!

We went for a foot massage after the fish cleaning up... haha... Massage at RM22.. Cheap! We even make another appointment for the next day for body massage which is on promotion too RM98..

***Day 2***

Breakfast at hotel... wide range of choices.. they are using Le creuset pots! Haha... remind me of our household king wilson...

Took the monorail to KLCC

Tot we are able to get up there but the slots are full... hmmm...

Went to Mid Valley new wing, The Gardens aft tat

The Gardens consist of retailers lik Isetan, Robinson and branded boutiques too.. Its obviously lesser ppl than the old wing mid valley...mayb its too high end..

Lunch at Kim Gary Mid Valley.. Cheap & nice!!

Back to Pavilion for dinner on the Day2.. Tried Madam Kwan's.. Famous peranakan food..

Dumpling soup, Veg w garlic & oyster sauce and Curry Chicken

Let's tuck in! Wow..好吃！V v nice curry and chilli... y is it not open here????

***Day 3***

On their executive cab to KL tower.. The cab is soooooooo much better ten the normal budget cab which are like a dirty oven.. BUT the price is 2times more! Starts meter fr RM6.00 and jump 20cents each time while the budget cab starts only at RM2.00 and every 10cents.
