Suppose to mit up for ber's bday at Joo chiat for Curry Fish Head but she wasnt feeling well so was called off..
Von rented a car, she came pick me & Ying ten we head to Kovan. Han sugg this place, woo... wat a crowd.. we waited for awhile.

Price v reasonable... we paid abt $13 per pax....
