Everyone are going Nuts about Donuts!

First we have Donut Factory, now watever brands also have... Everyone jux queue for it not knowing whether its good or not! Below verdicts based on personal opinion.

Verdict: 7/10

Well, consider the best donut in Town... Jux find tat its abit too soft.....now they have new outlet at Suntec where there's an express queue for max 2 donuts per pax.

Verdict: 3/10

Sucks... Variety of Flavours not tasty at all! Dunno y ppl still queue for it @ Vivo???

Verdict: 5/10

Newly opened at PS.. Tried their Apple Cinnamon... Baby tried his all time fav Glazed..Hmmm...So so only...chey!

Too bad we dun have it here... Only at taiwan and japan... Ohh when will i have the chance to eat again???? YUM YUM!

Chong Qing Steamboat

Had my dinner at Bugis Chong Qing Steamboat (Red Signboard w yellow text) ytd w my Jiemeiz... Von, Fang, Ying & Han... Its kinda "Standard Package" nowadays w 5 of us miting up only... the other 2 (Ber and Xia) always busy busy haha.. So nice to have steamboat in a rainy day & of cos w our motherly Fang i had my dinner in real ease.. hee... she cooked for us liver la, noodle la...
Verdict: 5/10
So so taste...chicken soup not tasty enough, tom yum not too bad w maggie mee is good! We cook 3 pieces fo the maggie mee! Only $14 eat all u can, Cheap! So wat u pay is wat u get, food NOT super fresh! Mayb next time should try the next shop w white signboard, there seems more crowd. Hee... After steamboat we went for dessert at Ah Chew..Yum Yum! Tat shop was super crowded, business real good! Didnt take any pics cos too cramp! They should expand their shop! Opp the street there is another dessert shop "Ji De Chi" (Remb to eat) also v crowded!

I'm back fr KL!

Super sian to start work again after a long break... was back on Sunday reach sin at abt 7pm.

We reach Ayer Tawar at around evening time.. immediately the family members went for the praying session, while i sit aside to take care of all their belongings.. haha.. i had all brands of hps in my bag! One was a prada phone woooo which was one of the cousin's... Well the whole ceremony was so diffrent from wat i saw in sin. The "sai gong" or rather i should say its "sai po" since she's a lady, not only chant, she had to sing! Juz like tos opera, with drum and keyboard with mic & speakers! The ultimate part is, she had to make all the the ppl cry! Keep saying that their grandpa gonna leave them...Shit... i cried too..but i had to control myself as i feel that the decease wont leave peacefully in tis way.
The next day was the funeral, we walk fr start of artawar to the end! Freaking hot! Think we walk for about 20mins! After tat ten we drove to the cemetry. Ah gong was buried together w ah ma... Bye Ah Gong...

We head to Ipoh awhile cos koji (joe's bro) need to mit a granite client. Bought some snacks n pastries fr a famous shop and off we go, back to KL. Stay in boulevard hotel at mid-valley, nice hotel..will post some pictures soon as my home com was down.. (AGAIN!!) Had a great time at KL..Everyday woke up is shop shop shop! haha...well didnt buy alot of tins. Juz bought 3tops fr FOS, 1 fr Gap and 1 fr Miss selfridge... heehee.... Cheap deal! All on sale!

A Sad Sunday

Sigh... early morning receive msg fr KL saying baby's ah gong pass away liao... reali sad. Cant get to see him for the last time... we alr planned to go tis thurs but too bad he alr left. He is suffering fr stomach ulcer.. which keep bleeding internally. Well perhaps to leave would be better for him...

Luckily we arrange our tickets to tmr morning, jux need to top up another 5bucks for handling fee. When we reach KL, baby's cousin will pick us up and head straight to ayer tawar which is his hometown, another 2hours drive fr KL. I have been there once... its jux a small simple town or rather village with a few coffee shops and shops around. Ppl there all know each other, i feel relax and safe there.

I'll be on leave the whole wk... no choice have to leave my work behind as ah gong was a reali nice person. He passed an ang bao to baby to give me tis yr CNY as i didnt join them in KL. I'm honured that he remb me! haha... Though i see him mayb not more then 10times but he treated me juz like his any other grandchildren. I'm glad that i celebrated his bday last yr together w the rest of the family....

Whole week updates!!!

Finally can relax & update my blog! Sooooo damn busy for e whole week! Have been working till late at night like 11pm kind... Other then setting up "Fall" for Scotts, Orchard & Katong, have to rush all the briefing listing for Hakuhodo... Print like hell... so many projects need to pass out, tink do in house is better man, at least dun need to prepare so much tins! But anyw i enjoy myself while doin display cos beta to stay in office sit infront of computer man.

I have been imagine i'm cyn cyn as she use to do these jobs. Haha... Collect merchandise fr supplier, prepare all the listings, ident, update promotion plan.....etc... Suddenly cyn cyn "shang sheng" (processed by cyn)!! Haha... Now not even need to do cyn's job, also need to do Jes's job!!! SIGH!!!!!!!!! Planning of the whole newsletter schedule is reali a headache! Many ppl told me next time my market value v high cos i know fr display to graphic to planning!! Wah Say! If its true......... :(

I have been tinking tis whole while, should i leave or stay???? Leave for a higher pay, stay to learn to do Jes's job..... Hmmmmmmm..... SIAN!! %#^&**%^@!

Finally saw my colleague face ytd... she been here since wed but we all were out to set up "Fall" so no chance to see... heard that she's fr TP..she look cute man! By the way her name is MeiPing. Ytd Jie jie intro to me, he told her i m incharge of newsletter.

Today is Saturday but still have to work and not taking time off cos have to finish some work for GG monday meeting use. Surprise to receive mao mao's msg early morning. Say got breakfast for us! Too bad my mum alr as usual tabao Chee Cheong Fun for me liao. Mei ate 3 Kuehs man! Shi bao de lo.....We still continue our plan though one need to go off at 130pm and 230pm for e other one. Went OHSHO at cuppage for lunch which ah mei xiao jie suggested. Me was regular there can say man, often had dinner there w baby. We were too full to eat much so jux ordered some dishes to share. The Gyoza was realllllllliiiii NICE! We try out the new Ebi Gyoza, damn, it was GOOD. Qoute fr ah mei xiao jie "Its was good shit!" hahhaa...

Recieve msg fr baby in the morning, his ah gong need to operate in no time bcos he keep vomiting blood! Real sad to hear it. He alr so old, 80+. Hope he be alright. We alr plan to go KL and see him tis national day, hopefully he be better by ten. He wasnt feeling well since last month, got admitted to hosiptal n had 4packs of blood injected cos doc say he not enough blood. At first b4 result was out doc still warn might be blood cancer, lucky was not. What a relieve, he did got better after that. He is a v cute lao ren jia, like to take photos wher ever he goes. He alwys had his camera hang infront of him. V healthy also... even travel fr KL to SIN alone! Get Well Soon Ah Gong!


Ytd evening mit up Cyn for dinner. I tink i have been miting her 3 Fridays continuously! Tis time is baby jio one cos he gonna pass her a tee fr Bershka. He bought it while in Spain 2weeks ago.
